Mekanisme saluran pernafasan

A. saluran pernafasan

  1. saluran pernafasan manusia terdiri dari hidung, pangkal tenggorokan (laring), batang tenggorokan (trakea), cabang batang tenggorokan (bronkus), dan paru-paru.
  2. rongga hidung memiliki rambut-rambut dan selaput lendir yang berfungsi untuk menyaring udara, menghangatkan udara, dan mengatur kelembaban udara yang akan masuk kec dalam paru-paru
  3. dari rongga hidung udara melewati faring (tekak) masuk ke larring.  Laring merupakan lempengan-lempengan tulang rawan yang menutup dan membuka glotis, yaitu celah yang menghubungkan faring dan trakea. pada laring terdapat selaput suara dan katup epilotis yang akan menutup saat menelan makanan.
  4. Trakea tersusun dari cincin tulang rawan yang dilapisi selaput lendir dan sel-sel bersilia yang dapat menyaring udara dari kotoran.
  5. paru-paru (pulmo) kanan terdiri atas 3 gelambir, sedangkan paru-paru kiri terdiri dari 2 gelambir. di dalam paru-paru, bronkioulus bercabang-cabang lagi menjadi alveolus. pertukaran gas oksigen dan CO2 terjadi di alveolus.
B. mekanisme pernafasan

    1.Pernafasan dada
a. fase inspirasi : otot antartulang rusuk berkontraksi - tulang rusuk terangkat - volume rongga    dada membesar - tekanan udara di paru-paru naik turun - udara masuk ke paru-paru.
 b. fase ekspirasi : otot amtartukang berelaksasi - tulang rusuk tertekan - volume rongga dada mengecil - tekanan udara di paru-paru naik - udara keluar dari paru-paru.
